Corporate Statement on Recent Scam-Related Activities Involving LiquidPay

Liquid Group is aware of scams involving the misuse of Singpass credentials and personal information to open or operate financial accounts, including LiquidPay accounts, without the account holders' knowledge or under false pretences.

We urge members of the public to remain vigilant and protect access to their Singpass and financial accounts.

To protect yourself

• Never share your Singpass credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs), passwords or account access with anyone.
• Never allow another person to access your Singpass account, change your Singpass contact details, or open or operate a financial account in your name.
• If you receive an OTP, welcome message or other LiquidPay notification for an account you did not create, contact us immediately.
• Be cautious if anyone offers to help access or update your Singpass account or personal details. Always verify who you are dealing with and use official channels.
• Be cautious of unsolicited job offers received through social media, messaging platforms or unknown individuals. Liquid Group does not require applicants to download the LiquidPay app or open a LiquidPay account as part of any job application or employment process.
• If you notice any LiquidPay transactions or account activity that you do not recognize, contact us immediately.

If you suspect that you have been targeted by a scam, or believe a LiquidPay account may have been opened or used in your name without your knowledge, please contact us immediately at support@liquidgroup.sg.

Liquid Group takes the prevention and detection of fraud seriously. We continue to work closely with the relevant authorities and are strengthening our safeguards as scam methods evolve.
