• Promotion Period
  The “Diwali Launch Promotion” (“Promotion”) is valid from 15 October 2025 to 15 November 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

• Eligibility
  This Promotion is open to all users who initiate remittance transactions from Singapore to India through LiquidPay’s remittance service, accessed via the Google Pay Singapore app by selecting the “India Transfers” option and completing the transaction on LiquidPay’s platform.

• Promotion Mechanics
  During the Promotion Period, no fixed transfer fees will be charged on eligible remittance transactions made via the PayNow–UPI linkage through LiquidPay.

  • Applicable foreign exchange rates will still apply.

  • Other third-party fees (if any) are not covered by this Promotion.

• Role of Google Pay
  Google Pay provides an entry point for users to access LiquidPay’s remittance service through the “India Transfers” feature. Google Pay is not a payment service provider for these transactions and is not responsible for processing, receiving, or handling funds. All remittance services are provided solely by Liquid Group Pte. Ltd., a Major Payment Institution licensed under the Payment Services Act 2019 (Singapore).

• General Terms

  • Liquid Group Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
