Liquid Group is aware of reports involving fraudulent job recruitment schemes where individuals may be asked to download the LiquidPay app or open a LiquidPay account under false pretences.

We would like to remind members of the public that Liquid Group does not require applicants to download the LiquidPay app or open a LiquidPay account as part of any job application or employment process.

To protect yourself:

• Be cautious of unsolicited job offers received through social media, messaging platforms or unknown individuals.
• Never share your Singpass credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs), passwords or personal information with anyone claiming to represent a company through unofficial channels.
• Always verify the authenticity of job offers through the company's official website or contact channels before taking any action.
• If you suspect you have been targeted by a scam, or believe a LiquidPay account may have been opened in your name under suspicious circumstances, please contact us immediately at support@liquidgroup.sg.

Liquid Group takes reports of fraud and the protection of our customers seriously. We are reviewing the matter and will continue to support the relevant authorities in their investigations where appropriate.
