Important Update for Changi Pay Users:
From 16 June 2026, new Liquid Account registrations and account linking through Changi Pay will no longer be available.
Liquid Accounts are now onboarded directly through the LiquidPay app.
Customers may continue to access Liquid Account services directly through the LiquidPay app, including overseas QR payments across supported markets.
Please note: Overseas QR payment services through Changi Pay will cease from 1 October 2026. Existing Liquid Accounts remain active and accessible through LiquidPay.

To create a new Liquid Account, simply download the LiquidPay app from the App Store or Google Play Store and complete your registration there.
With a Liquid Account, you can:
